Why is the revelation of Christ in you, important?

Updated: Jul 4

Why is the revelation of Christ in you, important? What significance does it have to you? Most people come to Church for their needs and personal issues they have. They seek freedom and provision for the lack in their lives. People struggle with guilt and feeling inadequate to face life’s challenges.

The revelation of Christ deals with these issues by dealing with the root cause of these things. Christ in you reveals how God has empowered you and made you more than a conqueror to face daily challenges.

Col 1:27 “To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”(KJV)

Gal 1:15 – 16 “But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace, to reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood.”(KJV)

Paul’s message was the SON IN ME or CHRIST IN ME/US. It conveyed a truth that enabled the believer in Jesus Christ to walk an extraordinary life, one that is supernatural.

In Galatians 2:19 – 20 Paul explains that he is crucified with Christ and he lives, but not him, BUT THAT CHRIST LIVES IN HIM. Again the Son in Paul, is the Christ in Paul but for Christ to be in him, Christ had to crucify Paul with Him to enable His INDWELLING REALITY!

The dwelling of Christ in you, is how God has ENRICHED you and removed your spiritual lack to function in the DIVINE (Godlike) life as sons of God.

This means you are able to overcome your personal struggles, challenges, depressions etc. Because of He who lives IN YOU. Your help does not come from outside but from within you.

You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you!
